DESCRIZIONE

This low-alloy steel was designed to combine high mechanical strength with reasonable weldability.

It is the most high-performing steel for frameworks because its high mechanical characteristics allow for reducing resistant sections, hence reducing weight itself: it is widely used where lightness is essential.

It is a highly self-tempering steel, so after welding, it tends to regain its hardness and strength properties.

IMPIEGHI

This steel is widely used in the construction of high-end frames, particularly in the aerospace sector and in motorsport competitions (bicycles, cars, motorcycles, etc.).
